  • In a brutal interrogation, the police accuse Danny of being responsible for his lover's death.

  • Danny is arrested by D.I. Taylor, who suggests that Alex, at his own request, was locked in a trunk for erotic asphyxiation but Danny let him suffocate by not releasing him. Danny is appalled to learn that his intimate conversations with Alex were bugged and, with his blood sample being doctored to suggest that he was HIV positive, is sure that he is being framed for Alex's death. After confessing to Scottie that he stole a coded cylinder that he cannot unlock from Alex's flat Danny is taken by his friend to see Claire, Alex's former university tutor, who cannot supply any useful information. However James, another former spying colleague of Scottie, claims that Alex was killed because he knew too much.

  • Picked from his bed boxers-only by SWAT, Danny is grilled as prime suspect of the violent death of genius spy Alistair, which he knew as Alex, by asphyxiation in a sex game on a drug high, in the SM dungeon of an apartment which was actually routinely bugged as MI5 facility. His only clue is the logo of an exclusive escort service, which his hedonistic drug dealer and gay sugar daddy only agrees to lead him to after another orgiastic night. Danny's new HIV test is positive, which he believes physically impossible. Finding even roommate Sara estranged, he's desperate to be believed by lawyer and elder gay mentor Scottie that he must be framed expertly. Luckily Scottie agrees and after learning about the coded cylinder Danny didn't disclose to the police accepts to help him, consulting Alistair's London University key persons and James, an active spy friend, in a London gentleman's club, where the very question, although yielding a joke-coded clue it concerns a secret all secret services conspire to keep covered up, costs him his membership.
