Lucifer feels a void, which his psychologist highlights as "loneliness". Soon enough this void is filled with anger when a priest seeks his help to save a young boy from drug related issues. What starts as an attempt from Lucifer to expose the priest as a hypocrite ends up with Lucifer discovering that he was wrong, and with both the priest and Lucifer sharing experiences, and empathizing with one another.
After Peter Capaldi announced he would be stepping down as the Twelfth Doctor for Doctor Who (2005), there was intense speculation as to who would become the next Doctor. In February 2017, BBC Newsnight joined in the speculation by airing an erratically edited and inaccurately numbered montage of previous Doctors. The montage concluded with "15?" superimposed over an atmospheric scene of a man standing under a lowering sky with his back to the camera. The scene was from this episode of Lucifer - and despite the "15?" - helped add fuel to rumors Tom Ellis was in the running to play the Thirteenth Doctor. See more »
When Lucifer (Tom Ellis) leaves the church near the end of the episode, he has blood stains on the front of his shirt near the shoulders and also on the bottom and the sleeves. When he walks out to his balcony, the blood on the bottom side of the shirt and the sleeves is there, but the stains on the upper part of the shirt are gone. See more »
