Storyline

Wrongly assuming it is a spa weekend Agatha attends a Special Paranormal Activity group at a forbidding castle, meeting local witch and clairvoyant Francie Juddle, whose taro card reading foretells Death though it is Francie who dies and Agatha discovers her murdered body clutching a card which reads Justice. Joined by her friends Agatha sees this as a sign for her to solve the crime and questions the castle's staff and guests who recently contacted Francie. The dead woman's sister Janine, who also claims to be clairvoyant, holds a séance to unmask the killer but it only produces another corpse and brings Agatha into conflict with investigating officer Inspector Jessop before she cracks the case and receives a proposal from James. Witch of Wyckhadden
14 December 2016 | by Prismark10See all my reviews

This is probably the best episode of the series so far and director Geoffrey Sax adds some visual flourishes. Also the mystery is intriguing as well as being daft.

Agatha has had a bad hair day and goes to a spa retreat. It is actually a Special Paranormal Activity group at a castle turned into a hotel.

Agatha is sent to meet the local clairvoyant and witch for a hair tonic which surprisingly works. The clairvoyant also ends up dead.

Agatha is considered as a suspect, her friends come to her aid. During a seance with the murder victim's sister and other guests of the hotel, there is another dead body. How could they had died in front of everyone?

The investigating detective has a list of suspects but he seems not to have done much leg work.

This was an enjoyable episode, where the characters and story blended well.
