Anachronisms 

At 16:25, you can see a telephone pole with a modern era cable trunk amp. This didn't come out until the late 70's. This has to do with cable t.v.

The classical music playing in the background of the scene where Harvey meets his wife (mins 4-5) is Bach's Brandenburg Concerto as conducted by Karl Richter. But it wasn't produced until 1967, four years after the time when the episode takes place.

The scar on Sadie's cheek keeps changing severity and size. There is a very noticeable difference, for example, in the width and scar tissue detail at 31 minutes compared to 47 minutes,
