It's April 1999, ten years after battle in Egypt. Jotaro Kujo arrives to Morioh and while looking for Josuke Higashikata, the son of Joseph Joestar, he meets student named Koichi Hirose. They both encountered the brawl between bullies and a freshman, Josuke, who appears to have the Stand. Then Jotaro talks to him about his part of Joestar's heritage and affair due to Joseph's secret. When group of girls talk to Josuke, Jotaro accidentally insults his hair and they get into a short fight. After that Jotaro explains Stands to Josuke and tells him about dangerous Stand User hiding in town - Anjuro "Angelo" Katagiri. After school's ceremony Josuke and Koichi notice police cars and by following them they come at the scene of active robbery of the local market. While threatening to kill the hostage robber insults Josuke's hair and gets stopped by his Stand, Crazy Diamond.
