When El is with her sister in Chicago, the diamond pattern of the Crain Communications Building is visible in the background. The more positive reviews
9 February 2018 | by g_hilseSee all my reviews

I got into Stranger Things later than most people and streamed both seasons back to back with very little break between watching. I am now a die hard fan and tend to agree with the positive reviews of this episode. It does completely derail from the story line, but I'm optimistic that it's for the best reasons. The best reasons being that it will introduce a new story line later down the road and bring us many more seasons of this amazing show. It also does go a little deeper into Eleven's history and she learns how to use her anger to make her abilities even stronger. It's clearly not the best episode, but I would watch it a hundred times if it means more of the quality Stranger Things we all love.
