Michael Moore's view on what happened to the United States after September 11; and how the Bush Administration allegedly used the tragic event to push forward its agenda for unjust wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.
Oscar-winner Michael Moore dives deep in the heart of hostile TrumpLand territory with his daring, profound, and uproarious one-man show. When the show gets banned from the first town they tried, Mike moves on to an even bigger community of Trump supporters in the ironically-named Clinton County, Ohio. Performed, shot, and edited just weeks before the 2016 election, this heartfelt, honest, and hilarious concert film is essential election viewing for a divided America. With a title like Michael Moore in TrumpLand, you may think you know what's in store, but the film is sure to surprise. Entertaining, outraging, and informing in equal measure, no matter who you're voting for, this movie has something for everybody.
Michael Moore correctly predicted that Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin would be won by Donald Trump in the general election, despite having been won by Democrats for six consecutive presidential elections, and most polling indicated they would be again. The flipping of those three states from Democratic to Republican was considered a major upset. See more »
You are not haters. This is a generation of none haters. Have you notice that? The majority of 18 to 35 year olds, they don't hate people because of their skin colour or because they're in love with someone of the same gender
They didn't create climate change, they didn't send the troops to Iraq, Millennials didn't cause the Wall Street collapse. Why is it on them to fix our shitty situation that we handed them?

This video is a masterclass in propaganda and is worthy of analysis in college media and propaganda studies. Moore cleverly and wittily disarms his hostile audience before delivering his eulogy to lying, corrupt, warmonger Hillary. He speaks to a live audience in front of a backdrop of photos of the young, attractive and photogenic Hillary whom he praises as an unjustly maligned idealistic do-gooder forced to hide her noble idealism by the corrupt Congress and ungrateful American people.
You are encouraged to have faith in her, despite her appalling record at the State Department, rather than believe your lying eyes and ears. One of his ruses is to compare those who vote for Trump to send an "F... You!" message to the establishment with the Brits who voted for Brexit for similar reasons - then regretted it. He says 4 million of them later signed a petition to reverse that decision. This is a deliberate falsehood; the 4 million who signed were among those who voted NO to Brexit and still refuse to accept the result (I'm a Brit).
Moore seduces his audience into forgetting about the devious, warmonger Hillary who has made a fortune from speeches to predatory banksters and he asks them to believe in the pretty young woman who once had high ideals. He uses every trick in the book including flattering the female sex, comparing her with the current pope - and avoiding any attacks on Trump.
There is no doubt that Moore could have become a rich tele-evangelist if he had chosen that route. This is the same earnest Michael Moore who begged Ralph Nader not to run against "hope and change" Obama - that superb conman who so cynically fooled the American people. Now he is shilling for an even more fake and corrupt candidate. Well worth watching as a triumph of manipulation and how to put lipstick on a pig. I gave it 7 out of 10 because I admire his superb communication skills.
