Ethan Hawke is outstanding
22 April 2019 | by zheaneytorchlightSee all my reviews

Depicting the origin story behind one of psychology's most intriguing conundrums, Stockholm is amongst one of the most entertaining and captivating films of the year. Throughout the duration of the the film you begin to realize how someone could ever sympathize with their captor in a hostage situation, but once you see the breathtaking performance put on by Ethan Hawke, you'll surely understand. His high energy and charismatic character make it so understandable that this situation could ever happen, and it's a truly fascinating dilemma. This extraordinary story combined with the stellar acting by the cast really complete this film. Any fan of thrillers, drama, or dark comedy should love this.
