Storyline

Mel Hollis's account convinces Cassie that all four men were lying, particularly Pete, whose criminal past makes him the prime suspect and ends his marriage. However Tim's first wife Derran - who stayed at the cottage let with him - paints a less than flattering picture of him whilst Chris's estranged daughter Maya also reveals her father's dark secret. Cassie loses the file on Pete as he prepares to leave the country, having passed on a message about Elliot but Sandra Rayworth's toxic web-site marks him out as a victim. Written by don @ minifie-1

The Series hits top gear.
5 November 2018 | by Sleepin_DragonSee all my reviews

The series has gotten progressively better, and episode 3 is the one you'll watch, and go 'wow' at the end of it. This delivery everything, energy, tension, high drama, plus there's a huge shock.

The acting is just fantastic, I became a massive fan of Neil Morrissey after his time on Line of Duty, he proved he can act with the best of them, for me he goes one better here, he's terrific. Sara Stewart also, I thought was excellent, she acted with such charisma and conviction.

Even the Police make mistakes, DCI Stewart made her biggest mistake to date, possibly one that's cost someone their life. Will it cost her job?

Best episode of this series.

Superb, 10/10
