When Simon brings his twelve year-old son, Finn, to rural Vermont to help flip an old farmhouse, they encounter the malicious spirit of Lydia, a previous owner. And now with every repair they make - she's getting stronger.
An undead teenage girl befriends a blind boy that she meets in a forest she haunts and hunts in. Both have been victims of unimaginable abuse, and each finds solace in the other. There may be a chance of light at the end of their tunnel, but it will come with a body count.

"What Keeps You Alive" is one of those low-budget thrillers supported by stupid decisions of one protagonist. The story is based on a lesbian couple (certainly to please the professional critics since there is no need to have female homosexuals in a role traditionally performed by a normal couple) that travel to a remote area to celebrate their first year together but one of them is a psychopath. The lame story has so many holes that could be compared to a Swiss cheese so flawed it is. The good thing is the performance of Hannah Emily Anderson, and that is all. My vote is three.
