Did You Know?

The date of the disappearance of the children has been established as Friday, November 7, 1980 (and also they may have been contacted by the killer on Halloween night also a Friday in 1980). When asked where he was that night, Lucy's cousin, Dan (the uncle of the Purcell children) said that he went to a bar and then went home and watched CHiPS on TV. In October/November 1980, CHiPs was broadcast on NBC on Sunday nights from 8-9 PM. If not a mistake in the writing, then the Detectives needed to question the character further about what he was watching on the night of the children's disappearance a it could not have been CHiPS. After a solid intro episode that was focused in direction and story, this episode went off track and gave way into pointless racial PC dialogue
19 January 2019 | by dressedkillSee all my reviews

The first episode was so great and knew exactly what it was and I honestly was pleasantly surprised that it strayed away from my initial fear of racial influences/undertones with Ali on board. Well this episode of course completely threw all Sorts of unfortunate racially charged propaganda and unnecessary aspects of dialogue to do with supposed racism. It took away from the momentum of the story itself and the show is already loosing direction and consistency because you know they're going to shove this racism sub plot down our throats the rest of the season and most likely do whatever they can to demonize white people. I'm sure the killers and kidnappers will be KKK. It's a huge shame that we can't get solid programming and writing without this leftist race baiting agenda.
