The Parents Guide items below may give away important plot points.

Sex & Nudity

  • There are scenes of cult member nudity, but they are completely non-sexual, and more scary. Also these scenes are all in the dark, so it is very hard to actually see any nudity.

Violence & Gore

  • A bird flies into a window (off screen). A character then kills it.
  • A character commits suicide. Very sudden and upsetting.
  • A girl has her head stuck out of a car window- her head hits a telephone pole and she is decapitated. The girl is a child, making the scene more upsetting than gory. We later see her disfigured decomposing severed head on the roadside being eaten by ants.
  • A character catches fire. We later see their burned corpse.
  • In a sleepwalking sequence, we see someone being eaten alive by ants. This scene is extremely frightening and disturbing.
  • A woman can be seen floating in the air, she violently saws through her throat and neck with a piece of wire until her head falls off, blood can be seen spilling, and oozing out of the wound. The decapitation self is implied.
  • A possessed woman repeatedly bangs her her head against an attic door. Extremely disturbing.
  • There is a scene where a 13 year old child is decapitated by an electrical pole while she is sticking her head out the window.
