Storyline

It's the longest night of the year and exactly during this night the electric current is down. All the politicians try to discuss their subjects during candle light. At the same time the workers or Russia's security is celebrating their day on the 20th December. Also the leader of the electric power in Russia, Anatoli Tchubays is trying to fix the issue, Moscows Mayor Lushkov is challenging him to a duel.
