Let's call this what it is, making room for shoes!
I really wanted to like Marie. I really wanted to like the series, but she doesn't really teach anything. Interviewed, Marie has admitted that she doesn't teach anyone anything, she just asked them questions. The thing with this couple is they were so bogged down by their past that they were obsessed with shopping and collecting all the stuff, they had a sufficient house to raise a family in, but their bedrooms were full of all of their little collections all their shoes all their clothes other stuff. And now they're having a baby, you think this would be a happy occasion but it made me very sad because Marie didn't teach them that a baby needs room, baby needs to play, a baby needs attention and you can't do that by putting a crib in a tiny office, while the spear bedroom is a shrine to all the clothes and shoes that they refuse to get rid of because they love it "it brings them joy". Joy? But have used it once with in the past year? Have you used it once with in the past 10 years? Will you use in the future? If the answer is no, then joy is irrelevant.
How much a joy is that kid going to have when he/ she is suffocating as a result of all of his parents stuff????
I lost all respect for Marie in this episode and I see no point in continuing to watch.
The title is a misnomer, they Did Not not make any room for a baby, and in the end all of the baby shower gifts they were putting in the garage. Really? The garage. Is that where the baby room is going to be???
The reality is this couple has more love and affection for their stuff then they do their own flesh and blood baby.
