Goofs

The real life Glow production did not let good and bad girl characters fraternize together, as was the case of any wrestling outfit back then, in order to protect the mystique about it. In order to "protect the business", Debbie and Ruth would have finished the match (maybe right there and then), and Ruth would've been taken to the hospital by one of the non-wrestlers (like Sam or Bash), then the rest of the wrestlers could come visit when the show was over and they were out of makeup and out of character. At best or worst, depending on the situation, only the heel (bad) wrestlers should have gone to the hospital with her or to visit her while she was there. Having every wrestler there in makeup, and practically stopping the show as they did, would've ruined everything about professional wrestling at a time when kayfabe was still in effect. See more »

Ruth Wilder: I worked 10 years to get a job that was more than just a, a... crappy, one-line role. It's never easy for me. You're the one who... walks in and gets whatever job she wants.
Debbie Eagan: Okay. You don't have to ...
