Season 1&2 were great, Season 3 is idiotic
26 December 2018 | by VoyagerMN1986See all my reviews

Season 3 is short, nasty and brutish. And that is the good news, especially the season being short (just four episodes) since season 3 is a debasement of what had been a very good series. WTF happened to this show? Sure it was never popular in the US or UK (nor Scandinavia), with a cancellation by Sky announced toward the end of the second season the final (short) season. But it could be counted on for some great dark humor, a touch of horror, and lots of irony. NONE of those upsides is present in the truncated final third season. All we get is absurd horror, no answers to hanging plot strings, and more plot strings opened that go nowhere. It is as if the writer(s) were as drunk as the heaviest townsfolk drunks in the show.

I don't know why IMDB hasn't unlocked reviews for the fourth and final episode, as Sky first broadcast it on December 24, not December 27 as claimed here.
