The medical officer is repeatedly referred to as Commander. This could be short for Lieutenant Commander (which would be 2 1/2 stripes on his uniform), or full Commander (3 stripes on his Navy blues). He is repeatedly shown with the 2 stripes of a Navy Lieutenant. Plus, the murdered CO and the star Marine lawyer's haircut were not appropriate for USMC officers.

The Staff Judge Advocate then provides Command with Legal Recommendations. The First Court Actions requiring a U.S. Military Judge is going to be a Hearing, not a Court Martial.

Marines are required to wear modular tactical vest and helmet while riding in and or operating any tactical vehicle per MCO 5100.19F. Afghanistan flight line, female Marine driver is not wearing either, while Captains Abraham, and Dobbins aren't wearing helmets.
Someone mentioned this in the User Reviews section, but Commander Noah Hewitt is wearing the uniform of a Navy Lieutenant (O-3) where a Commander (O-5) should have three gold stripes on his/her sleeve. Anyone who has been in the American military would likely know this.

Captain Maya Dobbins (Anna Wood) incorrectly wears her garrison cover (cap) sideways. She should wear it centered squarely on head, per MCO P1020.34G:

The left service collar insignia will be worn on the left front side of the garrison cap, with the insignia centered vertically in the eyelet provided. Collar grade insignia will be worn on the right side of the garrison cap opposite to the branch of service collar insignia, with the insignia placed at a point midway on the arc of the flap and the flap generally bisecting the insignia.
Rank insignia for a Marine major (O-4) consists of a golden oak leaf, while a Marine captain (O-3) rank insignia consists of two silver bars. Captain Maya Dobbins (Anna Wood) is seeing wearing a tanker jacket with a major rank insignia, impersonating a higher rank and clearly a courts martial offense under Article 134: Uniform Code of Military Justice - Impersonating an officer, warrant officer.
