An incredible piece of work

It seems to be impossible to cram this much action, emotional heft, and plot development into thirty minutes. And yet, it has happened. All that has come before has led us here, and with incredible flourish are we brought forth. Passion, power, pain, all bend seamlessly throughout.

What the showrunners have done here is delivered on the promising start from last year, and brought the story of Castlevania into a lit furnace of intensity. They have raised the storytelling bar for themselves, and set standards for anime styled film and television projects going forward.

Here's to season three.
