Trivia

Just before the commercial break at about the midpoint of the show, a herd of walkers starts to walk over the cliff into the refinery. When the the show returns from break, the scene picks up where it left off, with one difference--somehow it's gone from full daylight to full darkness. Since it takes between 70 and 100 minutes for this to happen in the continental US (70 mins in Texas where this show takes place) at least an hour and 10 mins has inexplicably passed during the commercial break. Just trying to do good is not enough!

This was one of the better and more realistic episodes, IMO, because it clearly illustrates the innate dangers of feudalism in a post apocalyptic world.

This is why good people who wisely help others-- still have to be fully prepared-- to protect themselves and to even do battle with other groups that intend to conquer, or rob, or enslave, or even exterminate other people.
