Love love love this movie. Tom Hardy is perfect, as usual. The effects are amazing. Action packed fun. Cannot wait for the next movie. Please tell me there's a next movie.
Yep, that's the only reason I watched this movie, if I'm being honest. I'd watch him give traffic updates. The movie has tons of action and tons of unrealistic situations, like any good action movie does. Not the best movie there is, but I kinda liked it. Man saving his family. What's better than that?
I liked it
Let's start by stating the obvious, James McAvoy is amazing. Now the rest of the cast kinda acted as if they HAD to be there, not all that into it, which made me sad. I loved Unbreakable and Split. The movie is definitely worth watching if you liked the others. I actually liked the ending, where as alot of people didn't, but I wont spoil that part.
Deviant Love (2019)
Lifetime movie reject
Yes, it is THAT bad. The acting is awful. The story is awful. Ok, so, here's how it goes. Girl goes home because her husband is a cheater, so she thinks. Meets random man in coffee shop and then runs into him again the next day, so hey let's date this guy. Been home 2 days.... then he tells her he is in the CIA, ok sure. Kisses the man. He tells her his real name and she doesn't even realize he is her COUSIN until they go to THEIR aunt's funeral together. Her sister recognized him no hesitation. Turns out he is mentally ill, well yeah, who else wants to sleep with their cousin? He tries to kill everyone, of course. He gets killed instead, of course. The woman and husband kiss and make up, of course.
It Chapter Two (2019)
Not exactly horror, creepy and good
Let's start by saying Bill Hader was amazing, perfect, and made the movie. Pennywise was great, still love this version of him. The movie could have trimmed it down to be under 3 hours, long and drawn out. Lots of blood and F bombs, the comedy was great, as it was in the first. Beverly was boring and I think that's because of who played her, Amy Adams should have been cast instead.
Blood, rape, violence, and 3 minutes of Selena Gomez. Not much more to say, typical Eli Roth movie.
Secret Obsession (2019)
Lifetime movie reject.
Totally predictable. I kept giving it a chance, thinking maybe there will be a twist, nope.
Pet Sematary (2019)
Bad, really bad....
First off, the trailers ruined any surprises, we all knew the girl was going to die instead of Gage. So them changing the entire story was a waste. The girl playing Ellie wasn't believable at all. John Lithgow was the only one worth watching in this movie and his talent wasn't even put to good use. I did like the new Church, that's about it. It felt like scenes that was needed were cut, things didn't really fall into place. The original was better but the book is the best. This wasn't even really Pet Semetary, it was something else all together and not anything worth watching.
He's Out There (2018)
Awful, don't bother wasting time on it. Every lame slasher movie stereotype is in this, and poorly executed.
